Originally released in 2022, this Welsh Music Prize longlisted gem is a fine blend of shoegaze, post-rock and slacker rock.

Holy Gloam were formed by songwriter Julian Neale, guitarist of Welsh alternative pop legends Gintis. The band came into being during the end of 2021 and from the outset has been an outlet for Julian to unleash his emotive song writing and express his own take on essential human truths.

Taking inspiration from iconic touchstones of peak era early nineties Creation records, fuzzy Pacific Northwest alt rock and shimmering laconic dreampop the sound and the songs came quickly, momentum developed and consistent themes appeared across the tracks. Soon a cohesive collection of songs about love, loss, heartbreak and redemption had been laid down.
